1. Agora em formato de vídeo, a carta de Lula ao povo brasileiro ecoa por vozes de todo Brasil. O texto foi lido pela presidenta Dilma Rousseff no dia 8 de junho, no ato de lançamento da pré-candidatura de Lula à presidência da República, na cidade Contagem (MG). 2. O ex-presidente do Uruguai José Pepe Mujica visita o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva amanhã (21) na sede da Polícia Federal em Curitiba. Mujica estará acompanhado da presidenta nacional do PT, senadora Gleisi Hoffmann (PR). A visita deve ser por volta das 16h. Na sequência, ambos vão levar uma mensagem de Lula aos militantes que participam da Vigília no entorno do prédio da PF onde o ex-presidente se encontra detido como prisioneiro político. Além de compartilharem a popularidade no mundo todo, Mujica e Lula dividem o sonho de uma América Latina forte e unida.

3. A presidenta eleita do Brasil, Dilma Rousseff, foi ovacionada hoje, em Liverpool (Inglaterra), por 2,5 mil trabalhadores de todo o mundo, aos gritos de “Lula Livre”, no Congresso da UNI Global Union, organização que reúne mais de mil sindicatos de trabalhadores do setor de serviços de 150 países. Dilma recebeu da nova secretária-geral da UNI Global Union, Christy Hoffmann, uma placa em homenagem a Lula. Dilma denunciou a prisão política de Lula e agradeceu o apoio dos sindicalistas à campanha pela liberdade do líder brasileiro. 4. O ato de “boa tarde” ao ex-presidente Lula nesta quarta-feira teve o reforço de militantes do Acre, que viajaram 3 mil quilômetros para estar em Curitiba. A delegação com cinco integrantes é liderada pelo presidente do diretório municipal do PT em Rio Branco, Marcos Inácio Fernandes. Luiz Marinho, ex-ministro da Previdência Social e do Trabalho e Emprego, também participou da atividade. O “Boa Noite” a Lula foi puxado por Ana Maria Pinho, que veio de Minas Gerais para apoiar a luta pela libertação de Lula.

5. De Curitiba, o ex-presidente Lula enviou uma carta parabenizando a presidenta do PT, senadora Gleisi Hoffmann (PR), por ter sido absolvida na terça-feira, pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal, das falsas acusações feitas pela operação Lava Jato ao longo de quatro anos. “Eu espero que com esse processo seja o marco de um novo momento nas questões do Judiciário brasileiro, em especial dos processos da Lava Jato”, escreveu Lula. Ele reafirmou o fato de parte do Judiciário praticar o lawfare (guerra jurídica) para destruir politicamente as lideranças do PT. 6. No meio da tarde, o advogado Ludimar Rafanhim puxou uma roda de conversa com os militantes da Vigília #Lula Livre sobre aposentadorias e Previdência Social. Em seguida, jovens do MST tocaram violão e cantaram canções de luta, MPB e rock nacional para animar as pessoas que participam da resistência democrática e da luta pela libertação de Lula.

1. Now in video format, the letter from Lula to the Brazilian people is echoing in the voices of people from across Brazil. The text was read by President Dilma Rousseff on June 8, in the act that launched Lula’s pre-candidacy for the Presidency in the city of Contagem, Minas Gerais. 2. Uruguayan ex-President José Pepe Mujica will visit ex-President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva tomorrow, June 21, in the Federal Police Headquarters in Curitiba. Mujica will be accompanied by PT National President, Senator Gleisi Hoffmann (Paraná). The visit is scheduled to take place at 4 PM. Afterwords, both will bring a message from Lula to the activists who are participating in the Vigil in front of the Federal Police headquarters where ex-President Lula is being held as a political prisoner. In addition to sharing popularity throughout the entire world, Mujica and Lula divide the dream of a strong and united Latin America.

3. The elected President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, received a standing ovation today in Liverpool, England, from 2.5 thousand workers from around the world, to the screams of “Lula Livre” and the Congress of the UNI Global Union, which unites over 1000 service sector workers unions in 150 countries. The new General Secretary of the UNI Global Union, Christy Hoffmann, gave a plaque to Dilma in homage to Lula. Dilma denounced Lula’s political imprisonment and thanked the union members for their support for the freedom campaign for the Brazilian leader. 4. The “good afternoon” yell to ex-president Lula on this Wednesday was reinforced by activists from Acre, who traveled 3000 kilometers to be in Curitiba. The delegation has five members and is led by the PT Municipal Directory President from Rio Branco, Marcos Inácio Fernandes. Luiz Marinho, ex-Minister of Social Welfare and of Work and Employment, also participated in the activity. The “good night” yell to Lula was led by Ana Maria Pinho, who came from Minas Gerais to support the struggle for freedom for Lula.

5. In Curitiba, ex-President Lula sent a letter to congratulate the President of PT, Senator Gleisi Hoffman (Parana) for being absolved, on Tuesday, by the Federal Supreme Court, of false accusations made by the Operation Car Wash over the course of four years. “I hope that this process will be the mark of a new moment in issues of the Brazilian Judiciary, especially in Operation Car Wash processes,” said Lula. He reaffirmed the fact that part of the Judiciary is practicing Lawfare to politically destroy PT leaders. 6. This afternoon, the lawyer Ludimar Rafanhim led a conversation with activists at the #LulaLivre vigil about retirement and the social pension system. Afterwords, young people from the MST played guitar and sang protest, MPB and Brazilian rock songs to raise the spirits of the people who are participating in the democratic resistance and the struggle for freedom for Lula.
